Managing social media for Dunkin’ Brands
We lead on the social media community management for Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins in the UK. Activity includes creating content to encourage high levels of engagement, showcasing the range of menu items, promoting store locations and promotions across the UK, and supporting with wider seasonal campaigns through competitions and work with influencers.
Working with the central communications team at Dunkin’ Brands, each month we develop and schedule content that is in tune with seasonal events and occasions, to ensure that Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins remain relevant and on-topic with their social communities. This also includes reactive content, responding quickly to the most talked about events or topics amongst Facebook, Instagram and Twitter users, and providing an always-on customer service mechanism – all within the tone of voice of both brands.
