We like to think we provide a supportive and inclusive culture with a great team spirit and no aspiration for cult-like characteristics.

When clients and colleagues feed back in annual studies, alongside strategic, creative and consultancy attributes, they almost always site us as friendly – and that’s important to us. Creating a great team spirit is part of this and social activities, including annual away days, help strengthen bonds and relationships here, but we also give people the space to explore what they are individually passionate about. We want individuals to shine.
