Rhodri has worked with global blue chip corporates, award-winning consumer tech brands and Government in the UK and globally. Client experience includes; Fitbit, Tile, Sharp, D-Link and Aetna International. He spent ten years on the Board of a top ten global agency before leading an MBO of Kaizo in 2011, is a frequent judge on industry awards and is listed in the latest PR Week Power Book.

Steph is co-owner of Kaizo and was part of the team that undertook an MBO. She has a wealth of agency experience having served at Board level across a number of major international networks. Her big brand experience includes some of the biggest names in tech such as Avast, NetSuite, Tata, Apple and Samsung and her expertise ranges from driving multi-market complex campaigns to advising on sensitive corporate issues to launching exciting fast growth businesses.

Anita has extensive issues and crisis management experience, providing support for healthcare brands and navigating regulatory environments across EMEA. She has worked with a broad range of international brands including NEUTROGENA, Sharp Electronics and ACUVUE to shape PR strategy and develop pan-European campaigns. At Kaizo, she leads a portfolio of health and science accounts including Johnson & Johnson, ISIC and Gilead Sciences.

Claire has 19 years’ experience working in financial and commercial roles within media and health and wellbeing industries, putting her breadth of knowledge to good effect by qualifying fourth in the world in her accountancy examinations in 2009.

Associate Director
Helen graduated from Newnham College, University of Cambridge and has a track record of delivering advice, campaigns and programme across technology, education, health and science sectors. She joined Kaizo after working in-house at the Society of Motoring Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) and another agency and has client experience that includes: Elsevier, Johnson & Johnson, and OUP. She leads our Issues practice advising clients on planning and preparedness across ESG and other areas.

Kerry provides advice and guidance across Kaizo's global portfolio with award winning work for Financial brand BlackLine, and Health Insurance leader Aetna International. She is a key consultant for J&J and provides international advice to Gilead Sciences. She graduated with a BA Hons English Literature from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and spent two years promoting government policy in remote indigenous communities of Australia prior to her PR career.
