The Rt Hon Margaret Hodge is Labour MP for Barking where she has held the seat since 1994. She is currently the elected Chair of the influential Public Accounts Committee which is responsible for examining Government spending. Often seen on TV, often outspoken and often entertaining, she will be discussing the very timely subject of public accountability with her lecture titled “Reflections on the Public Accounts Committee”.
