Kaizo has been appointed by the Society of Biology, to raise the online profile of the Society’s Degree Accreditation Programme, which highlights the degrees that have the potential to educate the life science leaders and innovators of the future.
The Society of Biology is a single unified voice for biology: advising Government and influencing policy; advancing education and professional development; supporting members, and engaging and encouraging public interest in the life sciences.
“We’re delighted to be working alongside Kaizo to promote our Degree Accreditation Programme” said Paul Trimmer, Accreditation Manager at Society of Biology. “We have a great story to tell and through the programme we aim to drive up the standards of learning and teaching in the biosciences.”
Emma Knott, Account Director at Kaizo and STEMPRA committee member, said: “We are thrilled to be working with the Society of Biology. The society has a fantastic mission and we’re looking forward to generating and stimulating online discussions around bioscience degrees.”
Activity will commence with a webinar discussing the role of degree accreditation in graduate recruitment. The webinar, taking place on 27th June, includes speakers from industry and academia, as well as a representative for the Society of Biology.
Kaizo’s track record with STEM organisations includes, Elsevier, European Science Foundation and SecondSight.
