Media monitoring – creating a valuable asset
As a member of Stempra, the science communication association, I was asked to take part in a panel session at their recent Stempra-BIS press officer training day. The topic of debate was media monitoring and I was invited to share my views on measuring success in the new world.
I work across many of the accounts here at Kaizo, from B2B technology to transport to science and health clients, but many lessons of monitoring and evaluation can be applied across all sectors. But where should you start and, in the world of multimedia, how do you get all of the information to come together?
